01 // Services & Statement of Work
HWT Techy provides bespoke software engineering, website development, UI/UX design systems, e-commerce architectures, and technical search engine optimization. All engagements are formalized via specific Statements of Work that outline scope, milestones, deliverables, and financial schedules.
02 // Intellectual Property Rights
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a written Master Services Agreement (MSA), all custom application code, graphic assets, database schemas, and tailored design files developed specifically for the client become the client's property upon complete receipt of agreed payments. HWT Techy retains ownership of pre-existing core tooling, generic libraries, and proprietary deployment scaffolds.
03 // Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely feedback, assets, domain access, and requisite API keys during the active development pipeline. Delays in providing necessary feedback or assets may shift deployment milestones and delivery schedules.
04 // Payment Milestones & Billing
Invoices are generated based on mutually agreed project milestones (e.g. Discovery, UI/UX Prototype, SSR Alpha, and Final Production Launch). Invoices are payable within the timeframe defined in the contract agreement.
05 // Limitation of Liability
In no event shall HWT Techy be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from third-party hosting outages, upstream API changes, or post-launch client modifications not authorized by our team.
06 // Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of New Delhi.
